The Group Financial Controller will
cover a number of highly successful businesses across a wide geographic International
region. In this commercial and analytical role, you will be working directly
alongside the CEO. As a proven finance leader, you will manage and mentor a
motivated, experienced and autonomous finance team, including both direct and indirect
reports, to ensure financial and compliance requirements are met.

plans of slowing down through continued and strategic M&A and organic
growth.
The successful candidate will:

Ensure integrity of group financial reporting,
forecasting and analysis.
- Work with the SLT to provide accurate financial
management reports to support key strategic planning, forecasting and
decision making.
- Review business performance across the Group.
- Assist the SLT with M&A analysis, due
diligence and business propositions.
- Oversee existing finance systems, ensuring
effectiveness of processes and controls
- Provide commercial support to management with
contract relationships.
- Continued review of new finance processes and
systems and lead the integration of newly acquired businesses.
- Support corporate finance team, and divisional
accounting teams.
- Prepare annual budgets for the corporate
function.
Candidate Profile
- CA/ACCA/CPA qualified, ideally with a
background in a Big 4 / Top tier audit firm combined with proven commercial
experience in a complex Group environment. Ideally with International
experience.
- Experienced with business M&A’s.
- Proven track record in technical leadership
and financial control.
- Ability to engage with executives and shareholders,
working autonomously.
- Strong capability in creating and implementing
new processes.
- Ability to adapt to business changes in a
growing company.
- Maintain and enhance control environment
across finance processes and procedures.
